1. Services Offered
MicroTech Ltd ("MicroTech", "we", "our") provides cloud-based computing infrastructure services, including but not limited to:
- GPU server rental (hourly and monthly billing cycles)
- CPU server rental (hourly and monthly billing cycles)
- Dedicated GPU and CPU server purchase and co-location
- Managed hardware, operating system maintenance, and network connectivity
- Technical support and infrastructure management
All services are provided on an "as-is" basis subject to the uptime SLA described in Section 7. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Account Registration
To access MicroTech services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name, country of residence, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
- Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Payment Terms
MicroTech accepts the following payment methods:
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). UK VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to invoices for UK-resident customers. International customers may be subject to local taxes.
- Hourly billing: Usage is measured per hour and billed at the end of each billing period (typically daily or monthly).
- Monthly billing: A fixed monthly charge is applied at the start of each billing cycle.
- Overdue payments: Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended after 7 days written notice.
- Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your service at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Hourly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing hour. No refund is issued for partial hours already in use.
- Monthly plans: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have used fewer than 48 hours of server time, you are entitled to a full refund under UK consumer law.
- Pre-paid credit: Unused pre-paid credit is refundable within 30 days of purchase, minus any services consumed.
- Dedicated hardware purchases: Hardware purchases are non-refundable once the hardware has been provisioned unless it arrives defective.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use MicroTech services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Mining cryptocurrency without prior written permission
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or running mass-mailing campaigns
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any target
- Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or exploit kits
- Storing or distributing illegal content of any kind
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other systems or networks
- Reselling MicroTech services without an express reseller agreement
- Violating any applicable UK or international law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund, and to report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
6. Data and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our Cookie Policy for information on how we use cookies and tracking technologies. For our full Privacy Policy, please contact us.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and infrastructure providers as strictly necessary to deliver the service.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
MicroTech commits to a 99% monthly uptime for all active server instances, measured per calendar month. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and do not count against uptime calculations.
In the event of SLA breach, customers are entitled to service credits as follows:
- 99.0%–99.9% uptime: 5% credit on affected server's monthly cost
- 95.0%–98.9% uptime: 15% credit on affected server's monthly cost
- Below 95.0% uptime: 30% credit on affected server's monthly cost
Credits are applied to the next billing period and are not redeemable for cash.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, MicroTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the services.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MicroTech in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
The MicroTech name, logo, website design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by MicroTech Ltd. You may not reproduce or use these without our express written consent. Your data and software deployed on our infrastructure remains your property.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of your home country that we cannot exclude.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
